Refund policy
Utensils for Coffee has a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To claim a refund or exchange, send an email to info@utensilsforcoffee.com indicating the order number and explaining your reasons.
Cancellations
If you have placed a wrong order or have a paid order which you want to cancel, please, send us an email to info@utensilsforcoffee.com.
Please, mind that you can only cancel paid orders before the goods have been shipped by our suppliers. Once shipped, you will have to follow the regular return procedure.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. It may take a few days for the refund to be effective.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@utensilsforcoffee.com.
Product Distribution Some products are manufactured by third parties and distributed by Utensils for Coffee. While we are not the manufacturer, we will assist with any claims related to manufacturing defects or delivery issues.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return shipping
If you wish to return a product, please, contact us at info@utensilsforcoffee.com within 14 days from delivery.
Since our products are shipped directly by our suppliers, they also have to be returned directly to their originating warehouse. We will provide you with the return address in each case. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You shall use a tracked shipping method for your returned items so that we may follow up on them. We can't take responsibility for lost packages.
